1.How Much are Your Handling Fees?

A: There are no more handling fees. U.S. orders over $98.00 have FREE SHIPPING and U.S. orders under $98.00 will be charged shipping. We do not charge a handling fee for International Orders (see Shipping Tab)

2. Why Doesn't My Old Log In Work?

A: We're sorry for the inconvenience, but the data from the old site could not be transferred to the new site and this includes all of the personal and log in information. You'll need to create a new account.

3. Can I Save My Order and Add to it?

A: Yes, but unlike our old site, the Shopping Cart will not hold your items if your computer deletes the cookies when you close your browser. We now have a Wish List where you can add your items, and when ready, you can transfer them to your shopping cart. You have to register and log into the site to use this feature however. Once you've registered and logged in, just click on the Heart  on the item to add it to your Wish List.

4. When will "Out of Stock" and "Backordered" Items be Available?

A: We update our website inventory weekly. Items will show "In Stock" from our vendors or "Out of Stock". We are not privy to when items will be returned to inventory from our vendors, so please continue to monitor the site. This is the only information that we can disseminate to our customers.

5. What are International shipping costs?

A: Please view the Shipping tab for more information on International shipping. One thing we can't stress enough, the shipping cost during checkout is an "Estimate ONLY".

6. What Forms of Payments do you Accept?

A 1: Effective 1 Jan 2021 all payments are made through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use the checkout system when using a credit card, just select credit card option and follow the prompts. It's very easy.

A 2: Some countries are limited to Bank transfers. You will be contacted with the transfer information and total. Transfer fees are the buyers responsibilty on both the sending and receiving end. The transfer fee will be added to your total. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but there has been too many fraudulent transactions with credit cards and we are protecting our interest and the interest of all parties involved.

7. Why Doesn't My Country Show Up to Buy From You?

A: If your country doesn't show up during registration or checkout, it doesn't mean we won't sell to you, it means there are certain restrictions placed on those countries. Some require Bank Transfers and/or UPS insured shipping. If your country doesn't show up please contact us for ordering information.

8. What's your Return Policy or Exchange Policy for an Item?

A: You can return any new or unused item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped for a refund. Unless there has been as error on our part, the original shipping cost will not be refunded or any return postage, and there's a 20% restocking fee for all returned parts/orders. This 20% restock fee includes canceled orders that have been processed, but not shipped. (See Terms and Conditions for more information). We will not accept returns after 30 days from the original shipping date. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items. Item returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

We will pay for return shipping only if there was a mistake made by us....i.e. wrong part shipped.

If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable service like United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid— no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. Damaged items due to shipping will not be accepted.

9. Do the Products you Sell Carry Warranties?

A: Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Click the Warranty tab for a complete description of our Warranty Terms & Conditions.
